We are seeking an experienced and result driven Senior Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a team player with a proven track record in facility management and client management within the cleaning services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Conduct regular client visits (at least 3 times a week) to ensure service quality and address concerns.
– Manage client feedback and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.
2. Operations Management:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services team.
– Ensure that all cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
– Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Staff Management:
– Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cleaning staff and supervisors.
– Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to improve staff performance.
Requirements:
– Female candidate preferred.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or operations management within the cleaning services industry.
– Proven track record of success in client management, staff management, and operations management.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
– Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
– Must reside on Lagos Island.
– Ownership of a reliable vehicle is advantageous, as the role requires frequent travel to client sites across the island.
– Smart and presentable.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
