- Set the communication strategy for campaigns
- Establish the goals and objectives, target audience, message and tone in which the campaign should be delivered
- Use research, trends and data on markets consumers and culture to help them define how a particular strategy can help a client add value to their business, inspire the creative teams to create materials in order to achieve this.
- Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives
- Analyze existing data, market reports and trends
- Develop, manage and analyze research projects
- Work with colleagues to develop ideas for a campaign
- Brief the creative team, allow them to create an effective and well-targeted proposition for their client
- Present ideas and conclusions to the client
- Organize and attend focus groups to do qualitative research
- Monitor the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary
- Analyze the results
- Work with the business development manager and operations to ensure project is seamlessly executed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in any relevant field
- 2-3 years experience as either an account executive or account planner
- Top notch presentation and verbal communication skills
- Exude confidence and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines
