Job Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and placing orders
  •  Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Responsible to provide administrative support to an organization
  • In charge of inventory management , organizing company records, roster scheduling, budget
    and office reporting , invoicing and customer service

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrator
  • Computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical skills
  • Results orientation
  • Self- motivation skills
  • Self confidence
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail
