Job Description
- Manage office supplies stock and placing orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Responsible to provide administrative support to an organization
- In charge of inventory management , organizing company records, roster scheduling, budget
and office reporting , invoicing and customer service
Job Requirements
- Degree in Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrator
- Computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical skills
- Results orientation
- Self- motivation skills
- Self confidence
- Problem solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
