Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- HND or BSc in any discipline.
- Not more than 26 years of age.
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
Salary: ₦120,000 Net, HMO, Pension
