Job Description
- Provide executive support in the day-to-day work of the CEO
- Serves as a liaison to the team; organize and coordinate weekly meeting, external relations efforts and oversee special projects
- Supports the CEO in the research, analysis and preparation of all documentation required for the key decision making as required
- Assist with the company brands and the development of them together with the CEO
- Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive team including scheduling and attending designated meetings
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties that include managing appointments, preparing proposals, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
- Research, prepare and format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, reports, documents for review and presentations
- Take minutes of both internal and external meetings
- Carry out other tasks as directed by the CEO
- 3 years cognate experience as Executive Assistant is required
- Bachelor’s Decree in Management, Social Sciences/ Humanities or related field.
