We have a strong ambition to becoming the market leader in our segment hence we are seekinga self-driven, highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the “Field Sales Officer” who will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service to our customers while leveraging data analytics to drive operational excellence.

Job Description

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our mobile telecommunications products and services in designated areas. This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with customers in person. The ideal candidate will help us achieve our sales targets, expand our customer base, and contribute to the growth of Telewyz

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to actively promote and sell mobile telecommunications products and services.
  •  Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales leads.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  •  Provide customers with product information, pricing, and offers.
  •  Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  •  Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  •  Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  •  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  •  Participate in sales and product training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  •  Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies

Educational/ Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  •  Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in field sales, especially in the telecommunications industry.
  •  Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •  Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  •  Familiarity with mobile telecommunications products and services.
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team.
  •  Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required).
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
