We are looking for a seasoned commercial banking professional to manage our microfinance institutions across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing sales and profits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple branches, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion
– Manage and oversee multiple microfinance institutions across various locations
– Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit targets
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Job Requirements
– Minimum 5years of experience in commercial banking, microfinance, or a related field
– Proven track record of managing multiple branches and leading high-performing teams
– Strong business development and sales skills
– Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills
– Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
– Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
