Job Title: IT Officer

Job Summary:
A reputable banking firm is seeking a competent and detail-oriented IT Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of technology infrastructure across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of basic IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Candidates with only ND qualification and not more than 22 years of age as at 2026 should apply.
Preferably male.
Minimum of Credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Net Salary: ₦200,000
