Job Description
- Install and configure Microsoft software application with the supporting hardware System
- Ask target questions and quickly understand root cause of problems
- Talk clients through series of actions either via phone or chat until they solve technical issues
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Provide step by step technical help both written and verbal
COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
- Experience in system administration, computer hardware
- Prior experience in technical support, desktop support or similar role (is added advantage)
- Hand-on experience with Windows OS environment
- Experience in remote desktop application
- Good understanding of computer system and other technical products
- Attentions to details and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Good verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
