Job Requirements
- First degree in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating different machines like Escavator,Dozer in similar industry
- Must be able to drive one or two of heavy duty equipments
- Must be available to move to Enugu if outside Enugu
- Must be available to travel to different locations
- Must be able to resume immediately
Competencies
- Sound technical skills and ability to fix problems with any type of machinery
- Knowledge of maintaining and upgrading different machines
- Knowledge of safe machine practice standards
- Considerable previous manufacturing/assembly experience
- Ability to work across most/all areas of the assembly processes
- Ability to work for extended hours
- Physically fit and sound
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pay profound attention to detail
- Strong understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Strong attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
