Job Description
- Creating and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to
existing customers. - Ensure that long-term customer relationship is maintained so as to achieve the goals
of the company. - Conduct direct marketing of the Company’s products and services to help maximize
revenue. - Provide prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account
queries and effect satisfactory outcomes. - Contribute to team effectiveness through participation and cooperation
- Maintain and develop new customers account, and liaison with back office staff in
processing new clients. • - Compile necessary documentation from customers to be submitted for review and
approval. - Process of all sales applications in line with policy expectations whilst ensuring speed
and data accuracy - Guide and provide adequate information to customers in a friendly manner regarding
the loan product to enable them to make a well-informed decision. - Owning and ensuring that the sales and processing targets are met or exceeded.
- Perform sales activation duties and ensure target is met
- Providing a high standard of client service by displaying friendly, responsive,
courteous and effective communication to all customer enquiries, loan applications
and complaints. - Ensuring professionalism and mutual respect amongst internal and external
customers.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have at least a first degree
- 3-4 years’ experience in Sales especially in the Financial Sector
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrate a sense of ownership
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have a network of HNIs
- Must be capable of excelling and leading others in a dynamic, fast-paced, growing
environment with significant regulatory demands and oversight - Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
