Hiring: Marketing Officer (FMCG)

Salary:170,000
Are you a creative and results driven marketing professional with experience in the FMCG industry? We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support brand growth, campaign execution and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and activations
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors
• Track and report campaign performance
• Support digital marketing (social media, email, online campaigns)
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing (FMCG preferred)
• Strong understanding of brand management and consumer marketing
• Experience with digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
