- The Partner Management specialist will be the primary contact for our audio content and
production partners. Working cross-functionally with the in-house teams, the right
candidate will have day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that we derive maximum value
from our content partnerships for all parties involved
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding
• Contribute to partner acquisition and management strategy
• Partner sourcing and onboarding: Prospecting of new partners, negotiating terms of agreement and ensuring compliance with the company’s onboarding and regulatory requirements. - Partner Management
• Act as the key liaison for all post-contractual, day-to-day communications with audio
content partners (podcast networks, media networks, creators).
• Collaborate with creative partners to support their plans, as well as develop innovative
initiatives that will facilitate their success
• Track and understand audience listening metrics to evaluate the success of content
partnerships and inform future direction of the partnerships.
• Oversee content ingestion & takedown, placement & promotion, data & insights and more - Business Development
• Researching and understanding of competitor’s solutions and ecosystem within Nigeria and
working in close collaboration with other internal team/s to improve overall service delivery, as well as partner experience
• Work cross-functionally to improve partnership agreements in accordance with the requirements of internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing field
- 3-5 years’ experience in digital media or relevant partner management position
- Experience being a Key Account Manager in the Digital Services
- Some experience as well as comfort reading and analyzing legal contracts is an advantage
- Strong media industry relationships is also an added advantage.
