Urgently need a Production line officer from Food Science/Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology.
Candidate with experience in FMCCG (a least 2years) HACCP certified and high level of GMP and BFHP ( Basic Food Hygiene Practice).
Roles are:
1. Active supervision in production flow line with GMP
2. Proper quality control routines and documentation
3. Identify all CCPs and follow lay down SOPs with high level of HACCP experience
4. Active involvement in products development and research
5. Ensure continuous chain supply via products availability
6. General reports on production, products feedback and machine maintenance and

Requirements:
- Bsc Microbiology, food Science technology and other related courses
- Two years previous experience in the above role.
- Understand the nitty gritty of production.
