Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations in a designated region. This role requires a leader with proven sales and management experience, a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, and a passion for achieving targets. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals within the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure that the sales team is well-trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve complex customer issues and concerns as needed
Educational/ Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ proven experience in sales management, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile telecommunications products and services.
- Ability to travel within the region and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
