Job Description

As a Reservation/Booking Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. You will be responsible for handling reservations, bookings, and inquiries, while delivering a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management:

    • Efficiently handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
    • Accurately input and update reservation details into our booking system.
    • Verify availability, rates, and package options.
    • Process payments and issue confirmation documents.
    • Manage and modify existing reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales and Upselling:

    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or packages.
    • Promote special offers and promotions to maximize revenue.
    • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records and reports.
    • Assist with inventory management and scheduling.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a reservation or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant reservation and booking software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
