Job Description
- Handling marketing and sales activities for the entire area of assignment.
- Assist in preparation of annual regional sales plan and calendar activities.
- Enhance brand visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
- Monitor inventories and produce performance indicators.
- Skills in multilevel, multipurpose reporting and in the collation, interpretation and analysis of information from the field and lesson learned.
- Formulation/ implementation of customer schemes/ promotions in relevant channels.
- To maintain regular calls on these outlets in accordance with the current journey schedule. The sales Manager / Supervisor will assign the schedule.
- To monitor condition of all Client products, full details should be discussed with all relevant sales personnel, where problems are identified they should be communicated to the Sales Manager.
- To promptly inform the line manager and all relevant personnel of competitor’s activity.
- To accurately record all information on sales activity as laid down on the weekly report and other documentation as required, ensuring that all reports/ administration is completed and sent to the Line Manager on time.
- To maintain in good order all company equipment in your care.
- To attend all training meetings as required
- Must have B.Sc./HND degree in any of the Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/ distribution and marketing of FMCG products especially in big malls e.g. Shoprite, SPAR, HubMart etc.
- Good knowledge of Sales Lead Generation activities.
