We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. {Salary 150k-250k}
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Must have Minimum 3 years field sales experience within the financial industry however a core Fintech Loan sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
