Job Requirements
-First degree in any field
– Minimum 7-10 years experience in HR preferably within Telecom or Technology space
– Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws & HR compliance requirements
– Experience handling recruitment for technical and non technical roles
– Exceptional leadership, team management and coaching skills
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
