We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company.

Salary: 3 million per annum

Description

  1.  Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services.
  2.  Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation, understanding customer needs.
  3.  Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered to articulate features and benefits convincingly.
  4. Deliver compelling sales pitches, addressing customer concerns, and highlighting value propositions to secure sales.
  5.  Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing queries, and providing relevant information.
  6.  Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization, contributing to overall team success.
  7. Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  8. Update and maintain accurate customer databases with relevant information for future reference and analysis.
  9. Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer concerns, market trends, and competitor activities.
  10.  Stay informed about changes in products, services, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  11.  Complete necessary documentation and paperwork related to sales activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  12.  Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and working collectively to achieve organizational sales objectives.
  13. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness to customer needs.
  14. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Requirements and skills

  1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  2.  Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  3.  Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  4.  Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  5.  Excellent knowledge of English
  6.  Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  8.  First Degree from any reputable University.
