Job Description
- Use data provided to pursue promising leads and converting leads to customers
- Responsible for excellent client engagement practices
- Build strong network of highly networking customers
- Manage official interactions for profitability
- Keep records of all call notes/feedback and update relevant customer details.
- Provide key product information to lead with an excellent impression of the company through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Head of Sales
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Telesales Representative or in Customer Service
- Must posses a First Degree in relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be a good team player
- High call conversation rate
- Cool disposition and ability to handle rejection
