Job Title: Field Sales Associate

Job Summary
The Field Sales Associate will drive direct, face-to-face acquisition of Salary and Current Accounts with a minimum opening balance of N100,000. This is a high-energy, boots-on-ground sales role with strong performance bonuses and real, CV-grade banking experience from day one. No loan selling. 100% deposit
focus.
Key Responsibilities
– Visit assigned factories, markets, and trade associations within Ikorodu + 10 km to open funded accounts.
– Complete BVN, NIN verification, and account opening on the spot using the MFB mobile app/tablet. Ensure 100% compliance at all times.
– Open a minimum of 4 funded accounts per day (target: 80–120 per month). Each account must fund 100,000 or more.
– Activate clients to refer colleagues and family members. Track and follow up on all referral leads.
– Update your daily sales sheet by 6:00 pm. Submit all KYC documents and funding confirmation proof to the Team Lead.
– Sell only CBN-approved products. No inducement, no cash collection, no false representations. CBN/NDIC
Consumer Protection Regulation 2019 must be followed at all times.
Job Requirements
– OND/HND in any discipline .
– Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC.
– At least 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Banking, Fintech or FMCG, Microfinance Bank experience is an added advantage.
– Must own or have access to a motorcycle.
– Excellent communication in English and Yoruba.
– Must reside in Ikorodu, Igbogbo, Odogunyan, Majidun, or Ogijo.
