Job Title: Team Lead – Field Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Team Lead will manage, train, coach, and drive a team of Field Sales Associates (FSAs) toward
ambitious Salary/Current Account opening goals (minimum N100,000 funding per account) across Ikorodu’s
factories, markets, and trade associations. You will own targets, compliance, partnership-building, and daily reporting to Management. This is a high visibility leadership role with a clear, fast-tracked path into senior banking management.
Key Responsibilities
•Recruit, train, coach, and supervise FSAs daily. Run an 8:30am field huddle and a 6:00 pm performance review every working day.
•Own and drive your team’s account-opening goals across the corridor. Keep cost-per acquisition lean and efficient.
•Secure MOUs/agreements with factories, HR departments, and market associations across Ikorodu + 10 km.
•Join FSAs in the field a minimum of 3 days per week. Close high-value accounts and resolve complex objections.
•Ensure all field campaigns are CBN-compliant. Maintain daily CRM records, lead sheets, and an audit trail ready for CBN review. Zero CBN query tolerance.
•Track individual FSA performance accurately, calculate bonuses, and enforce the 30-day account hold rule.

Job Requirements
•HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate
qualification is an advantage.
•Minimum 3–5 years in retail banking or FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a field team
leadership role. Microfinance Bank or Fintech experience is mandatory
•Strong people management, negotiation, Excel/CRM proficiency, and solid CBN regulatory awareness. Must be conversant with the CBN Consumer Protection Regulation 2019
•Demonstrable ability to mobilize significant CASA deposit volumes at scale within short timeframes. References required.
•Must be based in Ikorodu and fully available for daily field deployment.
